MajorLink provides a platform connecting students with educational mentors. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our website, mobile applications, and all services. By creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age or have appropriate parental consent.

Use of Platform

Users are expected to maintain a respectful and constructive environment at all times. Use of the platform is subject to the following rules:

• You must create accurate and truthful information in your profile and communications.
• You must not attempt to bypass MajorLink's booking or payment systems.
• You must respect the intellectual property of mentors and the platform.
• Harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior will result in immediate termination.

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password. Any activities that occur under your account are your sole responsibility. MajorLink reserves the right to disable any user account at any time if we believe you have violated these terms.

Booking & Payments

All financial transactions are processed through our secure third-party payment providers. Payment for sessions and platform fees are non-refundable except in cases of cancellation as described in the Cancellation Policy. MajorLink charges a service fee for each transaction, which is clearly disclosed during the checkout process.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before a scheduled session are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 100% of the session price. "No-shows" are non-refundable.

Mentor Responsibility

Mentors are independent contractors and not employees of MajorLink. Mentors are responsible for the quality of their advice and sessions. MajorLink does not guarantee specific outcomes or academic results.

Reviews & Feedback

Users may post reviews and ratings. Reviews must be honest and based on actual experiences. We reserve the right to remove reviews that contain offensive language, personal information, or spam.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MajorLink shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

Termination

You may terminate your account at any time through the account settings. MajorLink reserves the right to restrict or suspend your access at any time without prior notice for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you through the platform or via email. Your continued use of MajorLink after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
